Description of Junior High School
I. In grade 1-9 curriculum: Concretely implement the grade 1-9 curriculum master plan and the school-based curriculum and cultivate pupils’ academic competency and living skills so as to reinforce their positive attitudes toward lifelong learning and elevate teachers’ action research ability in order to respond to the direction of pupils’ life-centered education.
II. Continue to use the team work mechanism that combines teaching, disciplining, and guidance to materialize the campus culture that is pupil-centered.
III. Promote whole-person living education, life education and environmental education, and cultivate pupils’ comprehension of and thinking on life value and environmental concerns.
IV. Diversification of teaching activities:
1. Implement two-homeroom-teacher and small class teaching.
2. Enliven teaching materials, and teach in methods matching pupils’ endowment.
3. Evaluate according to diverse criteria.
4. Induce pupils to develop their potential.
V. Sophistication of disciplinary activities:
1. Provide counseling and guidance for pupils in relation to their fitness and body and mind health.
2. Sophisticatedly and diversely develop student-run activities. Organize talent competition events, and cultivate pupils’ ability to solve living problems.
VI. Humanistic guidance activities: Encourage pupils to form good learning attitudes, habit, methods and skills, and cultivate their optimistic, ambitious artistic life.
VII. Internet-based information abilities:
1. Every class has an access to two-way SNG e-teaching equipment.
2. Every subject teacher makes personal webpage and implements Web-based online tests.

VIII. Language skills for international communication:
1. Hire foreign-based teachers to teach language courses.
2. Administer listening comprehension tests during early morning session.
3. Designate a day of the week as English activity day.
IX. Attach importance to parenthood education: Fully respect the suggestions of parents and integrate the power of the parent association so that the teachers and pupils can grow side by side and the school and the community combine tightly.
X. Implement the “Discovery and Recognition of Special Talents Plan” so as to consolidate the guidance of gifted pupils.
