 Teaching Goals:

     The department emphasizes the training in etiquettes of dining, the basics of
 restaurant service, operation and management.  We also instruct students to
 be able to make  delicious food and beverages.
     We aim to help students to become responsible and hospitable managers with global 
  view.

  Curriculum:

  1.  General courses: Chinese, English, Math, The Three Principles of People, Computer 
 Science.

  2.  Academic Courses:

      (1). First-Year: A general Introduction to Business, A general Introduction to Food and 
Beverage, An Introduction to Food Ingredients, and Chinese
Cuisine Practice

      (2). Second-Year: Accounting, Food and Beverage Service Practice, and Western
    Cuisine Practice

      (3). Third-Year: Food and Beverage Management, Beverage and Making Cocktails,
  Economics, and Psycholog

3.  General Courses: Chinese, English, Math, The Three Principles of the People, Computer.

4.  Academic courses:

                          (1). First-year: Economics, Accounting, An Introduction in Tourism, Food and Beverage
                           Practice, English and Japanese Conversation in Tourism,
                           Geography in Tourism.

                                 (2). Secon-year:Psychology in Tourism, Guestroom Practice, Etiquettes, English and
                            Japanese Conversation in Tourism.

                                 (3). Third-year: Laws in Tourism, Tourism Practice, Marketing, and Business Laws.

                             5. Practice  courses:Visits to international hotels, hotels, air liners and visits to oversea 
                              hotels.
