I. Foreign Language Teaching
Needless
to say, the ability to speak foreign language is very important for people live
in Taiwan. In order to promote the English ability of
our students, we build a language center, buy CDs and other kinds of teaching
materials, and ask them to take part in General English Performance Test. We are also one of the schools that first
introduce the second foreign language into the school curriculum. Up to now we have Spanish, German, and
Japanese courses to offer to students talented and interested
in language learning.
II. General Knowledge Education
In
addition to techniques and subjects test in the entrance exam of colleges, we
especially put out emphasis on their sense
of human arts. We teach them how to
cherish lives, arts, and the nature. This year the school library actively send at
least forty books to each class, instead of waiting there for students to
borrow books.
III. Information Education
As
the information technology grows day by day rapidly, we keep introduce the newest
equipments and knowledge into the
school. Therefore students here can always catch the trend outside the school, and they will
adapt to the working situation without difficulty after they graduate.
IV. Wireless Net
Leading
in front of most high schools, we have established a high-quality wireless net system in our campus to provide
better information educational environment to both students and teachers. Students can log on to the internet, check
their grades of monthly tests, and send mails to their teachers everywhere in the
campus.
V. Combined High School
For
tens of years, Li-Chih has educated students in both high school and vocational
systems. Hence we have
experience and
resource which other schools do not have to develop a combined high school. Students who have not found his own interest
and potential can find limitless choice in Li-Chih High School.
VI. Cooperate with the Community
Corresponding
to the educational policy of the government, we have pushed different levels Plans to cooperate with the
community. We offer various kinds of
courses and all the resource available to the community to
strengthen the relationship between the school and the town people.
We also reach cooperating
contract with many schools around to share our courses and resource such as teachers and books in the library.
