Thus, we advocate “Eight-core Competence” which refers to further study, certificate, GEPT ability, ability of using computer, relationship, group, art and counseling.  These abilities are based on the complete learning environment of the finished underground information park which contains the concept of forever running.  Therefore, our vision of the state-of-the-art underground information park is incessant.  From incessant administer perspective, these core competences are to educate students’ unlimited capabilities in advanced constructions from both hardware and software facilities.
